With over 16 years experience in the sport and fitness industry. I have worked with a wide range of people of all ages and abilities.
I started my journey working with disabled children during my college era delivering sports coaching. This included wheelchair handball, rugby, table tennis and basketball. This was great and very rewarding. After this I moved into primary schools coaching rugby league.
I then moved more into the fitness industry working as a gym instructor for over 12 years.During this time I worked with a wide range customers including GP Referrals. As well as working with gym customers to achieve their fitness goals I also delivered a variety of classes.These included: Bootcamp, boxing and circuits.
I’m Alexandra and I might be new to the Personal Training world but in no way new to the fitness industry. I originally trained as an actress and dancer studying at Liverpool Theatre School where I received my Level 6 Diploma in Musical Theatre and then went on to study in New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts with a scholarship from Dame Judi Dench and since graduating performed off-broadway and across the Northwest, as well as directing and choreographing.
In 2017 I was diagnosed with endometriosis. It was after this I decided I wasn’t going to let this stop me, and moved into the fitness industry to help other people with chronic conditions, as I know first hand just how much a healthy lifestyle can benefit anyone!

After completing 14 marathons, 45 half marathons and over 300 Park runs i've experienced the life enhancing benefits that keeping fit can bring. I'm is a keen runner as you can tell. I want to bring my knowledge to help people achieve there goal especially if your goal is training for an event i.e 5k, 10k, half marathon, full marathon or just want to take you running as a hobby.
