With over 10 years experience in the sport and fitness industry. I have worked with a wide range of people of all ages and abilities.
I started my journey working with disabled children during my college era delivering sports coaching. This included wheelchair handball, rugby, table tennis and basketball. This was great and very rewarding. After this I moved into primary schools coaching rugby league.
I then moved more into the fitness industry working as a gym instructor for over 6 years. During this time I worked with a wide range customers including GP Referrals. As well as working with gym customers to achieve their fitness goals I also delivered a variety of classes. These included: Bootcamp, boxing and circuits.
For many years now I have been into Health and Fitness. Before, I was just a nine-stone male with a complete lack of confidence and didn't have much to show for it! I felt the time was right for me to make some adjustments to my lifestyle, so I decided to go for it before it was too late. My knowledge of the Health and Fitness industry has increased through the years, and over time my self-confidence and motivation to succeed have grown.
