A Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor specialising in Fat Loss, Muscle Gain and Pre/Post Natal Fitness.

With over 10 years experience in the sport and fitness industry. I have worked with a wide range of people of all ages and abilities.

I started my journey working with disabled children during my college era delivering sports coaching. This included wheelchair handball, rugby, table tennis and basketball. This was great and very rewarding. After this I moved into primary schools coaching rugby league.

I then moved more into the fitness industry working as a gym instructor for over 6 years.During this time I worked with a wide range customers including GP Referrals. As well as working with gym customers to achieve their fitness goals I also delivered a variety of classes.These included: Bootcamp, boxing and circuits.

My name is Jim and I am an ex-military strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer, nutritionist and a group exercise instructor.

I have 10 years of coaching experience, ranging from entry level recruits all the way to training experienced athletes.

I served in the army for 9 years during which time I was a physical training instructor. It was in the military that I fell in love with my passion for strength and conditioning, as I could see the direct results that an educated approach to training could produce.

I believe that we strive to perform as good as we look and having worked with 100's of clients, from a wide range of backgrounds and capabilities, everyone can do it. Whatever your goal is, fat loss, building muscle, getting fitter, general health and wellbeing, I am just the motivation and guidance that will get you there.
