After completing 14 marathons, 45 half marathons and over 300 Park runs i've experienced the life enhancing benefits that keeping fit can bring. I'm is a keen runner as you can tell. I want to bring my knowledge to help people achieve there goal especially if your goal is training for an event i.e 5k, 10k, half marathon, full marathon or just want to take you running as a hobby.

I started my journey working with disabled children during my college era delivering sports coaching. This included wheelchair handball, rugby, table tennis and basketball. This was great and very rewarding. After this I moved into primary schools coaching rugby league.
I then moved more into the fitness industry working as a gym instructor for over 7 years.During this time I worked with a wide range customers including GP Referrals. As well as working with gym customers to achieve their fitness goals I also delivered a variety of classes.These included: Bootcamp, boxing and circuits.
